TAX Manager
(Karawang)

Responsibilities:
- Manage for all the company tax related matters
- Minimize of tax liability through good tax planning and management by identifying company specific tax issues and planning to ensure appropriate savings in tax
- Preparing annual corporate income tax return and fiscal reconciliation
- Preparing the calculation of deferred tax asset and deferred tax liabilities and analyze the future realizable deferred tax asset
- Communicate regularly with tax office regarding tax audit and ensure that all tax queries and issues are dealt within a timely manner
- Responsible for all reconciliation between fiscal and accounting records
- Review and submit all statutory tax obligations and tax computations within the required time limits
- Experienced in handling tax audit for all taxes
- Ensuring all the company taxes has complied with the prevailing tax regulations
- Review tax clause in preparing agreement with third parties to avoid tax dispute
- Perform reguler tax review, analysis and tax reconciliation
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
